Aliona Moon (actually: Aliona Munteanu ; born May 25, 1989 in Chișinău ) is a Moldovan pop singer .

In her homeland she became known in 2010 as a participant in the casting show Fabrica de Staruri 2 , the Moldovan version of Fame Academy , in which she reached third place. In 2012 she was a background singer for Pasha Parfeny at the Eurovision Song Contest . A year later she took part in the Moldovan preliminary decision for the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 with the pop song A Million , in which she prevailed against 23 other participants. Two days later the singer decided together with the Moldovan TV station TRM that she would start at the ESC 2013 in Malmö with the Romanian version O mie (“one thousand”) for Moldova. She reached the final here and ended up in eleventh place.

Moon has been married since August 2018.
