Allison Mack (born July 29, 1982 in Preetz , Schleswig-Holstein ) is an American actress .

life and career

Mack was born in 1982 in Preetz, Schleswig-Holstein, as the daughter of the US tenor Jonathan Mack and his wife Mindy. In June 1985 the family returned to the United States, where they settled in Long Beach , California . At the age of four she starred in commercials. At the age of seven, she began studying at the Young Actors Space in Los Angeles .

She became famous for her role as Chloe Sullivan in the television series Smallville , which was broadcast in ten seasons between 2001 and 2011. For this she was nominated for the Teen Choice Award from 2002 to 2005 and in 2006 for the Saturn Award .

On April 20, 2018, Mack was arrested in New York. In connection with the psycho-coach Keith Raniere , her human trafficking for sexual exploitation is accused.
