Alma Gildenast (born December 24, 1990 in Gießen ) is a German actress and theater director .

Alma Gildenast was born on Christmas Eve 1990 in Gießen, where her father, the dancer and choreographer Rolf Gildenast , was engaged . She grew up in Gelsenkirchen in 1993 after her father switched to the local music theater . She made her first appearance on stage with her father when she was five. At this time she took her first dance lessons and began her singing and acting training. She attended the Ricarda-Huch-Gymnasium Gelsenkirchen.

At the age of 17 Alma Gildenast went to Hamburg, where she trained in acting, dance and singing for music theater at the Hamburg School of Entertainment . In 2009 she played a supporting role in Aurelia Mihai's video Cinematograful rosu / Rotes Kino . She appeared in the fair theater near Lüneburg and with the touring theater in the children's musical Ritter Rost . One of her first own projects was a Hildegard Knef stage program, a scenic concert entitled Nothing or Everything à la KNEF .

Gildenast has been a permanent member of the ensemble at Christian Stratmann's Theater Mondpalast in Wanne-Eickel since summer 2012 . Her favorite role there is the main role in Ronaldo and Julia , "Germany's most successful football stage comedy" by Sigi Domke . The piece was on 16 February 2016 by the WDR recorded and on April 9, 2016, entitled Ronaldo & Julia or Schalke loves Dortmund in WDR television broadcast. In addition to her engagement at the Mondpalast , Gildenast is in charge of the theatergildenast founded by her father, who died in 2012, and gives acting classes in Gelsenkirchen and Dortmund . She is also a certified yoga teacher.
