Almhof

Almhof is a wasteland in the district of Pfaffenhofen an der Zusam of the municipality of Buttenwiesen in the Swabian district of Dillingen an der Donau . The farm is one and a half kilometers west of Pfaffenhofen at the northern foot of the Thürlesberg .

history

Almhof was founded in 1904/09 and was until 1928 a cooperative farm of the breeding association for the Swabian Simmental . The name Alm indicates that young cattle were reared in a similar way to the alpine pastures in the Alps .

At the census on May 25, 1987, the wasteland had 12 inhabitants.
