Aloe collenetteae is a species of the genus Aloes in the subfamily of the Affodilla plants (Asphodeloideae). The specific epithet collenetteae honors the British amateur botanist Iris Sheila Collenette (* 1927).

Vegetative characteristics
Aloe collenetteae grows trunk-forming and sprouts from the base. The shoots are up to 20 centimeters long. The five to eight triangular-pointed leaves form rosettes . The bright green leaf blade is 30 to 32 inches long and 3 inches wide. Occasionally there are a few bright spots on it. The cartilaginous, white teeth on the leaf margin are 0.5 millimeters long and 10 millimeters apart.
Inflorescences and flowers
The inflorescence usually consists of two branches and reaches a length of about 20 centimeters. The loose grapes are up to 7 centimeters long and consist of up to 22 flowers. The deltoid-pointed bracts have a length of 2 to 4 millimeters. The bright orange-red flowers have green veins and are on 5 to 6 millimeter long peduncles . The flowers are about 20 millimeters long and rounded at their base. At the level of the ovary , the flowers have a diameter of 4 millimeters. They are not narrowed above this and are finally slightly narrowed towards the mouth. Your outer tepals are not fused together over a length of about 7 millimeters. The stamens and the pen stand out from 1 to 3 millimeters from the flower.
Systematics and distribution
Aloe collenetteae is common in Oman in the Dhofar Governorate on limestone cliffs and rocky slopes of hills at heights of about 800 meters.
