Aloe cyrillei is a species of aloes in the subfamily of the Affodilla family (Asphodeloideae). The specific epithet cyrillei honors the primary school teacher Cyrille Rakotonanahary.

Vegetative characteristics
Aloe cyrillei grows without a stem or with a very short stem. The almost upright, lanceolate leaves that are bent back at the tip form rosettes . The green, reddish tinged leaf blade is 40 centimeters long and 8 centimeters wide. The pink teeth on the edge of the leaf are 5 millimeters long and 10 millimeters apart.
Inflorescences and flowers
The inflorescence consists of four to six branches and reaches a length of up to 120 centimeters. The rather dense, cylindrically pointed grapes are 30 to 40 centimeters long. The red, pointed bracts have a length of 14 millimeters and are 1 millimeter wide. The yellow flowers are on 7 millimeter long, red flower stalks . The flowers are 25 millimeters long. At the level of the ovary , the flowers have a diameter of about 3 millimeters. Your outer tepals are not fused together. The stamens and the pen stand out from 1 to 3 millimeters from the flower.
Systematics and distribution
Aloe cyrillei is common in Madagascar on granite deposits at altitudes of around 2000. The species is only known from the locality of the type.
The first description by Jean-Bernard Castillon was published in 2003.
