Aloe jacksonii grows trunk-forming, sprouts and forms groups of up to 50 centimeters in diameter. Your upright or spreading shoots are 20 inches long and 0.8 to 1 inch wide. The five to seven foliage leaves, which are narrowed sub-like, form loose rosettes . Your leaf blade is 10 to 15 inches long and 1 to 1.4 inches wide. On the cloudy green upper side of the leaf there are several scattered, cloudy, light green, lens-shaped spots towards the base. The greyish green underside of the leaf is covered with many cloudy, light green, lens-shaped spots. The spots are scattered there or occasionally arranged in interrupted transverse bands. The leaf surface is very slightly rough. The solid white, reddish-tipped teeth on the leaf margin are 1 millimeter long and 3 to 6 millimeters apart. The leaf sap is dry yellow.

The simple inflorescence is 30 centimeters long. The loose, cylindrical grapes are 6 to 80 centimeters long. They consist of around 16 to 20 flowers . The egg-shaped pointed bracts have a length of 4 millimeters and are 2.5 millimeters wide. The bright scarlet flowers are lighter towards their mouth, to almost white. They stand on 5 to 7 millimeter long flower stalks . The flowers are 27 millimeters long and trimmed at their base. At the level of the ovary , they have a diameter of 8 to 9 millimeters. They are also slightly narrowed towards their mouth. Your outer tepals are fused together over a length of 6 to 7 millimeters. The stamens and the pen stand 2 to 3 millimeters out from the flower.
