The Alp is a 19.3 km long central Swiss Alps river . From its source east of the Mythen it runs in a northerly direction.
It flows from Brunni SZ in a mostly canalised river bed. The alp meanders below Einsiedeln in a deep ditch through a range of hills to the confluence with the Sihl .
