The Alvis 14/75 was the first six-cylinder car that Alvis manufactured. It was built from 1927 to 1929.

The car had an in - line six - cylinder engine with overhead valves . The engine equipped with a single Solex carburetor had a displacement of 1870 cm³ (bore × stroke = 63 mm × 100 mm). The two rigid axles were suspended from semi-elliptical longitudinal leaf springs.

The 14/75 was available with two different wheelbases, 2845 mm for the two-seater and 3010 mm for the four-seater variants. A sedan, a convertible and a roadster were available.

In 1930 the 14/75 was replaced by the Silver Eagle with larger engines.
