Amphoe Ko Kha ( Thai เกาะคา , pronunciation: ʔāmpʰɤ̄ː kɔ̀ʔ kʰāː ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district) in the Province of Lampang . The Lampang Province is located in the northern region of Thailand .

Neighboring counties (clockwise from the south): Sop Prap , Soem Ngam , Hang Chat , Mueang Lampang and Mae Tha districts of Lampang Province.

- Wat Phrathat Lampang Luang (Thai: วัด พระ ธาตุ ลำปาง หลวง ) - located southwest of Lampang, one of the most beautiful temples in Thailand. Enclosing wall, ornaments from the 8th century, temple museum.

- Lai Hin (Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล ไหล่ หิน ) consisting of the complete tambon Lai Hin.
- Wang Phrao (Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล วัง พร้าว ) consisting of the complete tambon Wang Phrao.
- Ko Kha Mae Yao (Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล เกาะคา แม่ ยาว ) consisting of parts of the Tambon Ko Kha.
- Tha Pha (Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล ท่า ผา ) consisting of parts of the Tambon Tha Pha.
- Ko Kha (Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล เกาะคา ) consisting of the parts of the Tambon Sala, Ko Kha, Tha Pha.
- Lampang Luang (Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล ลำปาง หลวง ) consisting of the complete tambon Lampang Luang.
- Na Kaeo (Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล นา แก้ว ) consisting of the complete tambon Na Kaeo.
- Sala (Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล ศาลา ) consisting of parts of the Tambon Sala.
There are also two " tambon administration organizations " ( องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล - Tambon Administrative Organizations, TAO)
- Na Saeng (Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล นา แส่ ง ) consisting of the complete Tambon Na Saeng.
- Mai Phatthana (Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล ใหม่ พัฒนา ) consisting of the complete tambon Mai Phatthana.
