District Gföhl

The district of Gföhl is a former administrative unit in the Waldviertel in Lower Austria .

The district was subordinate to the district authority in Krems an der Donau and took care of their official business on site. In addition to Gföhl, responsibility extended to the former municipalities of Allentsgschwendt , Brunn am Walde , Tautendorf , Eisenbergeramt , Eisengraben , Felling , Gföhleramt , Niedergrünbach , Obergrünbach , Idolsberg , Jaidhof , Jeitendorf , Krumau am Kamp Ladings , St. Leonhard , Lichtenau Litsch- und Wurfenthalgraben , Loiwein , Marbach Meisling , Mittelbergeramt , Ostra , Peygarten , Rastbach , Reittern , Schiltingeramt , Seeb , Senftenbergeramt , Taubitz and Wolfshoferamt .
