Hainburg district
The district of Hainburg was an administrative unit in the district under the Vienna Woods in Lower Austria around the middle of the 19th century .
The district was subordinate to the district authority in Wiener Neustadt and carried out their official business on site. In addition to Hainburg an der Donau, responsibility extended to the former municipalities of Deutsch-Altenburg , Berg , Ellend , Haslau , Hollern , Petronell , Prellenkirchen , Regelsbrunn , Scharndorf , Schönabrunn , Wildungsmauer and Wolfsthal .
