Litschau district

The Litschau district was an administrative unit in the Waldviertel in Lower Austria .

The district was subordinate to the district authority in Krems an der Donau and took care of their official business on site. In addition to Litschau, jurisdiction extended to the former municipalities of Altmanns , Brand , Eberweis , Eggern , Eisgarn , Finsternau , Gopprechts , Griesbach , Haugschlag , Heidenreichstein , Hirschenschlag , Hörmanns , Illmanns , Leopoldsdorf , Heidenreichsteiner Reinberg , Litschauer Reinberg , Reingers , Reitzenschlag , Rohrbach , Schandachen , Schlag , Schönau , Seyfrieds , Thaures and Wolfsegg .
