District of Pöllau

The district of Pöllau was an administrative unit in the Grazer Kreis in Styria between 1853 and 1867 .

The district was subordinate to the district authority in Graz and took care of their official business on site. In addition to Pöllau, responsibility extended to the municipalities of Buchberg , Freyenberg , Hinteregg , Hofkirchen , St. Johann bei Herberstein , Köppelreith , Oberneuberg , Obersaifen , Obertiefenbach , Prätis , Rabenwald , Schönau , Siegersdorf , Stubenberg , Unterneuberg , Untertiefenbach , Vockenberg , Winkel , Winzendorf , Zail near Pöllau and Zail near Herberstein .
