Leibnitz District

The Leibnitz district was an administrative unit in the Marburg district in Styria between 1853 and 1867 .

The district was subordinate to the district authority in Marburg and took care of their official business on site. In addition to Leibnitz, responsibility extended to the local communities of Aflenz , Altenberg , Sankt Andrä im Sausal , Brüngraben , Ehrenhausen , Flammberg , Gabersdorf , Gamlitz , Gerstorf , Gröth , Heimschuh , Höch , Labuttendorf , Landscha , Lang , Leitring , Lipsch , Mitteregg , Neudorf , Neutersdorf , Nestelberg , Sankt Nikolai ob Draßling , Sankt Nikolai im Sausal , Oberfahrenbach , Oberjahring , Obervogau , Ottenberg , Ratsch , Retznei , Schirka , Seggauberg , Spielfeld , Steinriegel , Straß , Tilmitsch , Untervogau , St. Veit am Vogau , Wagna , Waldschach and Wielitsch .
