Weiz district

The Weiz District (also: Weitz District ) was an administrative unit in the Grazer Kreis in Styria between 1853 and 1867 .

The district was subordinate to the district authority in Graz and took care of their official business on site. In addition to Weiz, jurisdiction extended to the communities of Arzberg , Arndorf , Bärndorf , Dörfl , Elz , Etzersdorf , Fladnitz , Garrach , Gschaid , Greith , Grub , Haselbach , Haufenreith , Hohenau , Höfling , Hart , Kogl , Kleinsemmering , Krottendorf , Kathrein , Krammersdorf , Kühwiesen , Klettendorf , Landscha , Lohngraben , Mortantsch , Mitterdorf , Neudorf (Parish St. Ruprecht) , Neudorf (Parish Semriach) , Naas , Oberdorf , Oberfladnitz , Passail , Pichl , Ponigl , Puch , Pesen , Radegund , St. Ruprecht ad Raab , Steinberg , Trenstein , Tober , Unter-Feistritz and Unter-Fladnitz .
