District court Dinkelsbühl
The District Court of Dinkelsbühl was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Dinkelsbühl in Bavaria from 1879 to 1973 . It was then a branch of the Ansbach District Court .
history
In 1808, in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria, a regional court (older order) was established in the former imperial city of Dinkelsbühl. With the entry into force of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court in Dinkelsbühl was formed, the district of which was identical to that of the previous district court in Dinkelsbühl . With effect from January 1, 1970, the district of the former district court Wassertrüdingen was separated from the district court Gunzenhausen and added to the district court Dinkelsbühl. The district court of Dinkelsbühl existed until 1973, when it became a branch of the district court of Ansbach. The district court of the dissolved Dinkelsbühl District Court was assigned to the Ansbach District Court .
