District Court Heidenheim (Middle Franconia)

The Heidenheim District Court was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1959 and was based in Markt Heidenheim in Central Franconia .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Heidenheim, the district of which was formed from the previous district court district of Heidenheim and thus the villages of Auernheim , Degersheim , Dittenheim , Döckingen , Gnotzheim , Hechlingen , Heidenheim, Hohentrüdingen , Hüssingen , Kurzenaltheim , Markt Berolzheim , Meinheim , Ostheim , Polsingen , Sammenheim , Spielberg , Steinhart , Trendel , Ursheim , Westheim , Wettelsheim , Windischhausen , Windsfeld and Wolfsbronn . The higher-level instances were the Ansbach Regional Court and the Nuremberg Higher Regional Court .

After the Heidenheim District Court was downgraded to a branch of the Gunzenhausen District Court due to the war and this was confirmed again in 1956, this branch was closed on July 1, 1959 by order of the Bavarian State Minister of Justice .
