Heilsbronn District Court

The Heilsbronn District Court was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1959 and was based in Heilsbronn .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Heilsbronn, whose districts consisted of the communities of Aich , Altendettelsau , Bechhofen , Bertholdsdorf , Betzendorf , Bonnhof , Brunn , Bürglein , Elpersdorf , Fischbach , Haag , Heilsbronn, Herpersdorf , Höfstetten , immel village , Kehlmünz , Ketteldorf , Lichtenau , Malmersdorf , Moos Bach , Münch Erlbach , Neuendettelsau , Petersaurach , Retz village , axes at Ansbach , Sauer home , Sly Bach , Seitendorf , Suddersdorf , sub Rottmann village , Veitsaurach , Volkersdorf , Wattenbach , Weißenbronn , Weitersdorf , Wernsbach , wind stream and Wollerdorf from previous regional court district Heilsbronn was formed. The higher-level instances were the Ansbach Regional Court and the Nuremberg Higher Regional Court .

After the Heilsbronn District Court was downgraded to a branch of the Ansbach District Court during the Second World War and this measure was confirmed in 1956, this branch was closed on July 1, 1959 by order of the Bavarian State Minister of Justice .

The building of the former district court is located at Kammereckerplatz 1–2 in a two-storey hipped roof building from the 18th / 19th century. Century and is a listed building. The city administration of Heilsbronn is currently housed there.
