Wassertrüdingen District Court

The District Court of Wassertrüdingen was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1959 and was based in Wassertrüdingen in Central Franconia .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Wassertrüdingen, the district of which was formed from the previous district court district Wassertrüdingen and thus the communities Altentrüdingen , Ammelbruch , Aufkirchen , Beyerberg , Burk , Dambach , Dennenlohe , Ehingen , Fürnheim , Geilsheim , Gerolfingen , Großlellenfeld , Grüb , Heinersdorf , Irsingen , Kleinlellenfeld , Königshofen an der Heide , Kröttenbach , Lentersheim , Oberkemmathen , Obermögersheim , Oberschwaningen , Reichenbach , Röckingen , Schobdach , Unterschwaningen and Wassertrüdingen. The higher-level instances were the Ansbach Regional Court and the Nuremberg Higher Regional Court . After the war-related downgrade of the Wassertrüdingen District Court to a branch of the Gunzenhausen District Court and the official confirmation of this measure in 1956, this branch was closed on July 1, 1959 by order of the Bavarian State Minister of Justice .

With effect from January 1, 1970, the district of the former Wassertrüdingen District Court was separated from the Gunzenhausen District Court and added to the Dinkelsbühl District Court .
