District Court of Schillingsfürst
The District Court of Schillingsfürst was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1928 and was based in the city of Schillingsfürst .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court for Schillingsfürst was established, the district of which was congruent with the previous district court district of Schillingsfürst and consequently the municipalities of Bellershausen , Bockenfeld , Bottenweiler , Brunst , Diebach , Dombühl , Eckartsweiler , Erlach , Erzberg , Faulenberg , Gailnau , Gailroth , Gastenfelden , Hagenau , Oestheim , Schillingsfürst, Stilzendorf , Sulz Monastery , Wettringen , Wildenholz and Wörnitz . The superordinate instance was the regional court of Ansbach in the higher regional court district of Nuremberg .
With effect from January 1, 1928, the district court of Schillingsfürst was repealed and its district was assigned to the district court of Rothenburg ob der Tauber .
The district court was located in a two-storey plastered hipped roof building at Neue Gasse 1. This building, built around 1800, is now a listed building.
