Bürglein seen from Böllingsdorf
|
Bürglein (colloquially: Bergla ) is a district of the city of Heilsbronn in the Ansbach district in Middle Franconia .
geography
The parish village borders on Böllingsdorf in the southwest . It is located in the valley of the Bürgleinsbach, which further to the north flows together with the Clarsbacher Bächlein (right) to the Weihersmühlbach, a right tributary of the Bibert . The Görglesgraben flows into the village as a right tributary into the Bürgleinsbach. The place is surrounded by the hills Mühlbuck (west), Eulenberg (south) and Lausberg (southeast). Approx. The Wolfsgrube forest area begins 0.75 km to the west.
The state road 2410 cites Bölling village over after Bonnhof (2 km south) or at the brick hut over to the state road 2246 at Großhabersdorf (2.3 km to the north). Communal roads lead to Betzendorf (2 km to the west) and Gottmannsdorf (2.5 km to the south-east). The Franconian Marienweg runs through the village .
history
On May 19, 1108 the place with the name "Burgelin" was mentioned for the first time in a document. Bürglein is probably older than Heilsbronn and Bonnhof . The origin of the place name is controversial among historians. Some believe that the name comes from a former castle in connection with a royal court. Others reject the idea that there was once a royal court and trace the name back to the imperial ministerials who were documented for the 12th century and who called themselves "Lords of Bürglein" and who were responsible for the castle.
In 1268 the castle in Bürglein, along with other Sulzburg estates a. a. sold to Heilsbronn Monastery . At this time a Konrad von Bürlein, who also called himself after Sulzburg, is known in documents. His daughters Adelheid and Petrissa were married to Heinrich and Hiltpolt von Stein , sons of the Nuremberg cupbearer Heinrich II von Rothenburg.
In the 16-point report of the Heilsbronn monastery office from 1608, only the 20 teams are listed for Bürglein with Böllingsdorf who had the Bonnhof caste office as landlord (3 farmers, 17 Köbler ). The teams of other landlords are not listed. The high court exercised the Brandenburg-Ansbach caste and city bailiff's office in Windsbach . Seven of the Heilsbronn courtyards were deserted during the Thirty Years War , but were all inhabited again as early as 1650, two years after the war. The numerous exiles from Austria who had to leave their homeland for religious reasons were also involved in the reconstruction after the devastation of the war.
The local pastor Michael Grimm founded the school in 1593, which has consisted of only four classes since 1978.
Towards the end of the 18th century there were 24 properties in Bürglein. The high court exercised the Brandenburg-Bayreuth city bailiff's office in Markt Erlbach to a limited extent. If necessary, it had to be delivered to the Brandenburg-Ansbach judges office in Roßtal . The judge's office in Roßtal had the high court over the Nuremberg subjects. The village and community rulership was held by the Brandenburg-Bayreuth caste office Bonnhof . The landlords were the Kastenamt Bonnhof (17 properties: 3 half yards, 10 estates, 1 mill, 1 inn, 2 houses, 1 bath room, community pastoral house), Nuremberg owners ( von Stromer : 4 estates, von Holzschuher : 1 yard, von Forster : 1 smithy ) and the Bürglein Foundation (1 good). From 1797 to 1808 the place was subordinate to the Justice and Chamber Office Cadolzburg . There were 21 subject families at that time.
In 1806 Bürglein came to the Kingdom of Bavaria . As part of the municipal edict , the Bürglein tax district was formed in 1808 , to which Betzendorf , Böllingsdorf , Bonnhof , Bürglein, Butzenhof , Gottmannsdorf , Hörleinsdorf , Kehlmünz , Münchzell and Weiterndorf belonged. The rural community Bürglein was founded in 1810 and was congruent with the Bürglein tax district. It was subject to the Heilsbronn Regional Court in administration and jurisdiction and the Windsbach Rent Office in the financial administration . With the second community edict (1818) the rural community of Bürglein was split into
- Rural community Betzendorf;
- Rural community Bonnhof with Gottmannsdorf;
- Rural community Bürglein with Böllingsdorf;
- Rural community of Kehlmünz with Hörleinsdorf and Münchzell;
- Rural community of Weiterndorf with Butzenhof.
From 1862 to 1879 Bürglein was administered by the Heilsbronn district office, since 1880 by the Ansbach district office (renamed the Ansbach district in 1938 ) and the Heilsbronn rent office (1920–1929: Heilsbronn tax office , from 1929: Ansbach tax office ). The jurisdiction remained with the district court Heilsbronn until 1879, 1880–1956 district court Heilsbronn , since 1956 district court Ansbach . The municipality had an area of 4,579 km². On January 1, 1972, Bürglein was incorporated into Heilsbronn as part of the regional reform .
