The district court of Neresheim , based in Neresheim, is one of 108 district courts in Baden-Württemberg . It is a court of ordinary jurisdiction .

The municipalities of Bopfingen , Kirchheim am Ries , Neresheim and Riesbürg belong to the district of the Neresheim District Court .

The district court is located at Hauptstrasse 2 in Neresheim.

Responsibility and duties

The district court is the first instance civil , family and criminal court . The register of associations and property law is also kept at the local court. As an enforcement court, it is responsible for all enforcement cases in which the debtor is domiciled in the judicial district.

It is also responsible for civil matters, family matters, criminal matters, fine proceedings and legal aid.

Superior courts

The District Court of Ellwangen , the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart and the Federal Court of Justice are superordinate to the Neresheim District Court .
