Crailsheim District Court

The Crailsheim District Court , based in Crailsheim, is one of 108 district courts in Baden-Württemberg . It is a court of ordinary jurisdiction .

The judicial district includes the cities and communities Crailsheim , Fichtenau , Frankenhardt , Kreßberg , Satteldorf and Stimpfach .

The district court is located at Schlossplatz 1 in Crailsheim.

Responsibility and duties

The district court is the first instance civil , family and criminal court . The register of associations and property law is also kept at the local court. As an enforcement court, it is responsible for all enforcement cases in which the debtor is domiciled in the judicial district.

In addition, as a concentration court, the court is responsible for insolvency, register and foreclosure matters for the district court districts of Bad Mergentheim, Crailsheim and Langenburg as well as in family matters, jury and detention matters for the district court districts of Crailsheim and Langenburg.

Superior courts

The District Court in Crailsheim is superordinate to the District Court of Ellwangen , the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart and the Federal Court of Justice .
