The district court of Heidenheim an der Brenz , based in Heidenheim an der Brenz, is one of 108 district courts in Baden-Württemberg . It is a court of ordinary jurisdiction .

The municipal district of the Heidenheim District Court includes the towns and communities of Dischingen , Gerstetten , Giengen an der Brenz , Heidenheim an der Brenz , Herbrechtingen , Hermaringen , Königsbronn , Nattheim , Niederstotzingen , Sontheim an der Brenz and Steinheim am Albuch .

Responsibility and duties

The district court is the first instance civil , family and criminal court . The register of associations and property law is also kept at the local court. As an enforcement court, it is responsible for all enforcement cases in which the debtor is domiciled in the judicial district.
