Andreas Pflüger (born October 15, 1957 in Bad Langensalza ) is a German author and writer of radio plays , plays , screenplays and novels .

Life and works

Andreas Pflüger grew up in Saarbrücken and studied theology , German and philosophy there and in Berlin - without a degree. From 1982 onwards the first prose and poetry works were created and published in magazines. In 1987 he founded the Comédie Berlin together with Stefan Warmuth and produced numerous theater and revue productions. During these years, Pflüger also intensified his radio play work, which began with In the night all taxis are gray . Theater works were added, a. the two-person piece Herrengold , which was premiered with Günter Lamprecht and Claudia Amm in the Berlin Renaissance Theater . In the period that followed, Pflüger directed documentaries - Five Years - One Life , My Big Brother , Youth in Auschwitz - and mainly wrote screenplays. His work has received several awards.

Pflüger wrote the novels Operation Rubikon (2004), Final (2016) and Never (2017). In 2013, together with Murmel Clausen , he wrote the script for the first event, Tatort Die Fette Hoppe, with Nora Tschirner and Christian Ulmen in the leading roles. By 2019, 7 more books for Tatort Weimar followed together with Clausen, then Pflüger said goodbye to the partnership.

Under the pseudonyms Paul Grün and Anatol Roth , Pflüger also wrote repeatedly for television series, including numerous episodes for In the Name of the Law and Großstadtrevier , and - under his real name - for Ein Fall für Zwei .
