Andrew Michael Kavovit (born July 19, 1971 in New York City , New York ) is an American actor .

Life

Andrew Kavovit comes from the Bronx , a borough of New York City, and later grew up in Yorktown Heights , Westchester County , where he graduated from high school in 1989.

In 1987 Kavovit took on his first acting role as Paul Stenbeck in the soap opera Young and Passionate - How Life Works . After he was nominated twice for a Daytime Emmy Award as Outstanding Young Actor in a drama series , he was able to win this award in 1990. As a result, he mainly appeared in guest roles in US series such as Full House , A Terribly Nice Family , Star Trek: Deep Space Nine , New York Cops - NYPD Blue , Burning Zone - Expedition Killervirus or The Heavenly Joan . From 1998 to 2000 he starred as John "JD" Dunne in the short-lived series The Magnificent Seven .

2001 Kavovit was seen in a small role as Richie in the road movie - comedy Rat Race - Der nackte Wahnsinn . In 2007 he played as Max Poole a killer and stalker in an episode of the third season of Criminal Minds . This appearance means his last appearance as an actor until now.
