Anett Kölpin

Anett Kölpin (born December 6, 1963 in Greifswald ) is a German musician , singer and piano player .

biography

In her youth she sang in a choir and took piano lessons. From 1982 to 1986 she completed her vocal studies at the "Hanns Eisler" University of Music in Berlin . She was also a member of several amateur bands. In 1984 she won a prize at the Goldener Rathausmann youth festival in Dresden .

Rainer Oleak became aware of her during her final exam ; he hired her in 1987 to succeed Anke Schenker at the Datzu group . She was a permanent member of the band until the band split up in 1990.

After the fall of the Berlin Wall she moderated some children's programs at the ORB . She married the manager of Datzu at the time. Kölpin had a son; Their marriage failed in the late 1990s.

A childhood friend from her former school in Greifswald, the ex-actor Thomas Putensen , known as one of the two heroes in the DEFA film Ete and Ali , persuaded her to get back into the music business. In 1996 she took part in the German preliminary decision for the Eurovision Song Contest with the song Für Dich ... mein Kind .

Her first new work was Morgen -Lied, which symbolizes the time between Anett Kölpin's two careers.
