Ann-Christin Nykvist

Ann-Christin Nykvist (born April 4, 1948 in Stockholm ) is a Swedish social democratic politician .

After completing her training at the Stockholm School of Commerce , she worked for a long time as an economist. In 1994 she began her state career as State Secretary . From 1999 to 2002 Ann-Christin Nykvist was director general of an economic agency that monitors compliance with Swedish competition law . From October 21, 2002 until the social democratic government was replaced by the alliance government on October 6, 2006, she was Agriculture Minister in the Persson cabinet .
