Ann Dusenberry
Ann Dusenberry (born September 13, 1953 in Tucson , Arizona ) is an American actress . She is best known for the role of Tina Wilcox in the horror film Jaws 2 .
biography
Dusenberry studied theater arts first at the " University of Arizona " and then at the "Occidental College" for four years. At the beginning of her career, she signed a seven-year contract with the Universal film studio .
She played her first role in 1972 in the short film Tarzana . 1975 followed a small role in the action drama Street of Violence . She played the role of Amy March in the television miniseries Little Women (1978) . She became better known in the same year for the role of beauty queen Tina Wilcox in the horror film Jaws 2 , the sequel to Steven Spielberg's 1975 film .
In 1980 she played a supporting role in the drama Heartbeats on the side of Nick Nolte and Sissy Spacek . This was followed by other film roles, including in Cutter's Way - No Mercy (1981), Lies - Lügen (1985) and Bomb Mood at Headquarters (1985) as well as numerous guest roles, including in Magnum (1982), Remington Steele (1983) and Mord ist her hobby (1986, 1987) and the role of Margo in the short-lived series Life with Lucy (1986). In 1992 she played her last film role to date in the thriller Play Nice . Since then she has been active exclusively as a stage actress.
Dusenberry is married to the composer Brad Fiedel . The couple have two daughters and live in Santa Barbara , California . She holds a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and works as Artistic Director at the Actors Conservatory Theater in Santa Barbara.
