Anna Valeryevna Vosakowa ( Russian Анна Валерьевна Возакова , English transcription : Anna Vozakova, born February 27, 1989 in Leningrad ) is a former Russian beach volleyball player .

Career

Vosakowa played two Grand Slams in 2009 with Ekaterina Khomyakova . The duo also reached seventh place at the U23 European Championships in Jantarny . With Irina Tschaika Wosakowa won bronze at the Junior World Championships in Blackpool in the same year . In 2010 she competed with changing partners and just barely missed a medal with Yevgenia Ukolowa at the U23 European Championship in Kos as fourth. In 2011 Vosakowa first played again with Chomjakowa and finished ninth with the Sanya . Since the Grand Slam in Beijing , her partner was Anastassija Wassina . The new duo came in second in the group at the World Championships in Berlin in the first main round and lost to the Italians Cicolari / Menegatti . In 2012 Wassina / Wozakowa took part in the Olympic tournament in London and took ninth place.
