Anne Haigis
Anne Haigis (born December 9, 1955 in Rottweil ) is a German musician and singer .
life and career
Haigis released some jazz-oriented albums with English lyrics on the music label Mood Records in the early 1980s . Then she had her most commercially successful phase with German-language songs, with which she appeared in several television shows, among other things.
In 1986 she sang free of charge at the Anti-WAAhnsinns Festival against the planned Wackersdorf reprocessing plant .
In the 1990s she changed her repertoire to include more English-language songs. In performances in Los Angeles and Nashville , she appeared on stage at the side of Nils Lofgren and Melissa Etheridge .
Anne Haigis is under contract with Westpark Music . She lives in Bonn .
