Annika Vössing (born October 21, 1992 ) is a German duathlete and triathlete . She is Junior European Triathlon Champion (2010) and German Champion on the Duathlon short distance (2013).

Career

Annika Vössing came to swimming in her second year of school, later to athletics through her brothers and she has been running triathlons since 2008. She is a student of human medicine.

In June 2010 she became the European Junior Triathlon Champion in Italy.

In 2013 she became German Duathlon Champion and in 2014 she came second here. At the Duathlon World Championships in 2014, she finished twelfth in Spain. She is trained by Grit Wienert .

In March 2015, like in 2014, she became German vice-champion in the short distance duathlon and she won the title in the U23 class. She has been playing for Bayer 05 Uerdingen since the 2018 season .

Annika Vössing has been working at the Essen University Hospital since September 2018 .
