Annja Krautgasser

Annja Krautgasser (* 1971 in Hall in Tirol ) is an Austrian multimedia artist . Her artistic work is shaped by the connection between video, film, dance and body as well as social intervention. Numerous art and video installations at home and abroad.
Life
From 1990 to 1998 she studied architecture at the University of Innsbruck and Vienna. From 1996 to 2002 he studied visual media design / new media at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna with Peter Weibel . In 2000 she founded the Studio Vidok and the label Ianolin . In 2002 and 2003 teaching assignments at the University of Art and Design Linz (professorial architecture) and Graz University of Technology (Institute for Artistic Design) followed. The artist's work has been awarded numerous national and international prizes, including the Paul Flora Prize 2017. Annja Krautgasser lives and works in Vienna .
