Antônio Agostinho Marochi (born August 28, 1925 in Campo Largo da Piedade , Paraná ; † January 28, 2018 in Presidente Prudente ) was a Brazilian clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Presidente Prudente .

Life

Antônio Agostinho Marochi was ordained a priest on December 6, 1953 .

Pope Paul VI appointed him on September 27, 1973 titular bishop of Thabraca and auxiliary bishop in the Archdiocese of Londrina . The Archbishop of Curitiba , Pedro Antônio Marchetti Fedalto , donated him episcopal ordination on December 6th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Geraldo Fernandes Bijos CMF , Archbishop of Londrina, and Albano Bortoletto Cavallin , Auxiliary Bishop in Curitiba.

Paul VI appointed him on February 2, 1976. to the bishop of Presidente Prudente . On February 20, 2002, Pope John Paul II accepted his age-related resignation.
