Antônio Braz Benevente
Antônio Braz Benevente (born January 1, 1961 in Itápolis ) is a Brazilian clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Jacarezinho .
Life
Antônio Braz Benevente was ordained a priest on December 7, 1985 .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him Bishop of Jacarezinho on June 23, 2010 . The Archbishop of Uberaba , Aloísio Roque Oppermann SCI , donated him episcopal ordination on September 7th of the same year ; Co - consecrators were Benedito de Ulhôa Vieira , senior archbishop of Uberaba, and his predecessor Fernando José Penteado . The inauguration in the diocese of Jacarezinho took place on October 10 of the same year. As a motto he chose IN FORTITUDINE SPIRITUS TUI .
