Antoine Ntalou

Antoine Ntalou (born April 28, 1940 in Bandounga , Cameroon ) is a Cameroonian clergyman and emeritus Roman Catholic Archbishop of Garoua .

Life

Antoine Ntalou received on 8 February 1970, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On November 19, 1982 appointed him Pope John Paul II. To the Bishop of Yagoua . The Apostolic Pro-Nuncio in Cameroon, Archbishop Donato Squicciarini , donated him episcopal ordination on March 13, 1983 ; Co- consecrators were the coadjutor archbishop of Garoua , Christian Wiyghan Tumi , and the bishop of Bafoussam , André Wouking . On January 23, 1992, John Paul II appointed him Archbishop of Garoua.

Pope Francis accepted his age-related resignation on October 22, 2016.
