Poker career

Saout has been playing online under the nickname tonio292 since 2007 . Since 2008 he has been taking part in renowned live tournaments .

In July 2009 Saout was successful for the first time at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and reached the final table at the main event with the second-smallest chip stack , which was played in November 2009. He previously qualified for the $ 10,000 tournament via a satellite with a $ 50 buy-in. In early October 2009 , Saout also made it to the final table at the main event of the World Series of Poker Europe taking place in London , finishing seventh for the equivalent of almost $ 200,000. In November he played the final table of the main tournament series, in which he finished third for his highest prize money to date of just under $ 3.5 million. In the 2010 WSOP Saout came in a tournament variant No-Limit Hold'em the money. In November 2014, he finished fourth at the World Poker Tour Main Event in Nottingham for the equivalent of more than $ 100,000 in prize money. At the beginning of May 2016, Saout narrowly missed the final table of the main event of the European Poker Tour and finished seventh in Monte-Carlo for just under 130,000 euros .
