Antonio Gómez Cantero (born May 31, 1956 in Quijas , Cantabria , Spain ) is a Spanish clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Teruel y Albarracín .
Life
Antonio Gómez Cantero was ordained a priest for the diocese of Palencia on May 17, 1981 .
On November 17, 2016, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Teruel y Albarracín . The Archbishop of Saragossa , Vicente Jiménez Zamora , ordained him episcopal on January 21 of the following year. Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Valladolid , Ricardo Cardinal Blázquez Pérez , and the Apostolic Nuncio in Spain, Archbishop Renzo Fratini .
