Antonio Rodríguez Dovale (born April 4, 1990 in A Coruña ), also known under the name Toni Dovale or Toni , is a Spanish football player .

Career

Toni Dovale learned to play football in the youth teams of Obradoiro, FC Barcelona and Celta Vigo . He signed his first contract with Celta Vigo in 2007. From 2007 to 2010 he played for the second team in the third division of the Segunda División B . For the first team he played from 2009 to 2012 in the second division and from 2012 to 2014 in the first division . In 2011 he was loaned to the second division SD Huesca in Huesca . In March he left Spain and joined Sporting Kansas City , a Major League Soccer club . After 19 games for the club, he returned to his homeland in 2015. Here he played one season for the second division CD Lugo . In the same year he moved to league rivals CD Leganés in Leganés , a southern suburb of Madrid . In 2016 the club was runner-up and was promoted to the Primera División . The second division club Rayo Vallecano signed him in 2017. In July, he left the club and moved to India , where he said in which Indian Super League playing Bengaluru FC joined. After his contract expired, he was without a club from July to early September 2018. In 2018 he returned to Europe . In Cyprus he signed a contract with Nea Salamis Famagusta . From the beginning of 2019 to May 2019 he was loaned to the Indian club Kingfisher East Bengal . After the end of his contract in Cyprus, he went to Thailand in July 2019 and joined the second division club Navy FC from Sattahip . At the end of 2019, his contract was not extended. He has been without a contract or association since the beginning of 2020.
