The Apostolic Vicariate of Jolo ( Latin Vicariatus apostolicus Ioloensis ) is in the Philippines located Roman Catholic Apostolic Vicariate with headquarters in Jolo .
history
Pope Pius XII founded the Apostolic Prefecture Sulu on October 28, 1953 from cessions of territory of the territorial prelature Cotabato . On July 12, 1958, it was elevated to the Apostolic Vicariate of Jolo.
