The Argos is a river in France that runs in the Maine-et-Loire department in the Pays de la Loire region . It rises under the name Ruisseau de la Martinais in the municipality of Challain-la-Potherie , generally drains in an easterly direction and flows after 30 kilometers in the municipality of Sainte-Gemmes-d'Andigné as a right tributary into the Verzée , which shortly afterwards into the Oudon flows.
