The Armenian Football Cup 2015/16 was the 25th edition of the cup competition in Armenia .

Participants were the eight teams from Bardsragujn chumb 2015/16 . The FC Banants won the cup for the third time. Last year's finalist MIKA Aschtarak was defeated 2-0 in the final.

The cup was played in three rounds. Up to the semi-finals, the winners were determined in the first and second leg. In Torgleichstand initially decided the number of away goals , after an extension has been reached no decision on this after two periods of 15 minutes followed by a penalty shoot-out , was determined to be the winner. The final was played in one game in Yerevan.
