The Armenian Football Cup 2010 was the 19th edition of the cup competition in Armenia .
Eight teams took part. Defending champion FC Pyunik Yerevan won the cup for the fifth time. As in the previous year, the opponents in the final were FC Banants Yerevan , who this time were defeated 4-0. Banants was qualified as an inferior finalist for the Europa League , as double winner Pjunik had already registered for the Champions League.

The cup was played in three rounds. Up to the semi-finals, the winners were determined in the first and second leg. In Torgleichstand initially decided the number of away goals , after an extension has been reached no decision on this after two periods of 15 minutes followed by a penalty shoot-out , was determined to be the winner. The final was played in one game in Yerevan.
