The Armenian Football Cup 2011 was the 20th edition of the cup competition in Armenia .
Eight teams took part. MIKA Ashtarak won the trophy for the sixth time. Opponent in the final was FC Shirak Gyumri , who were defeated 4-1. MIKA took part in the Europa League .

The cup was played in three rounds. Up to the semi-finals, the winners were determined in the first and second leg. In Torgleichstand initially decided the number of away goals , after an extension has been reached no decision on this after two periods of 15 minutes followed by a penalty shoot-out , was determined to be the winner. The final was played in one game in Yerevan.
