The Armenian Football Cup 2012/13 was the 22nd edition of the cup competition in Armenia .

Nine teams took part, the eight teams from the top division and the champions from the second division. The FC Pyunik won the trophy for the sixth time. In the final, defending champion FC Schirak Gyumri was defeated 1-0. Pyunik took part in the Europa League .

The cup was played in four rounds. Up to the semi-finals, the winners were determined in the first and second leg. In Torgleichstand initially decided the number of away goals , after an extension has been reached no decision on this after two periods of 15 minutes followed by a penalty shoot-out , was determined to be the winner. The final was played in one game in Yerevan.
