The Armenian Football Cup 2008 was the 17th edition of the cup competition in Armenia .

14 teams took part. The FA Ararat Yerevan won the cup for the fifth time. In the final there was a new edition of the previous year's final. Ararat successfully took revenge and won 2-1 after extra time against FC Banants Yerevan . Ararat took part in the UEFA Cup . The two finalists from last year FC Banants Yerevan and FA Ararat Yerevan had a bye for the round of 16.

The cup was played in four rounds. Up to the semi-finals, the winners were determined in the first and second leg. In the event of a tie, the number of goals scored away was decided first , then overtime, if no decision was reached after 15 minutes twice, a penalty shoot-out followed until the winner was determined. The final was played in one game in Ijevan.
