Armin Risi

Armin Risi (* 1962 in Lucerne ) is a Swiss poet , Veda ambassador and author of esoteric and spiritual books.

Life

Risi attended the Latin grammar school in Lucerne. Risi's first literary works were created between 1978 and 1980: poems and plays. At the age of eighteen he was one of the leading chess juniors in Switzerland . In the years 1980/1981 he undertook various trips and nature stays. In 1981 he left grammar school shortly before graduating from high school . From the beginning of 1981 to the end of 1998 he lived for eighteen years in Vedic Krishna monasteries in Europe and India and studied Indian and Western philosophies. He worked on the translation of twenty works of Sanskrit literature from English into German.

In 1988 he published his first independent publication, the brochure Living Vegetarian - The Necessity of a Meatless Diet . In 1992 he published his first own book. From 1995 Risi published numerous articles in frontier scientific and esoteric journals and gave lectures.

In 2005 he went on a study trip to Egypt . On this trip he gained access to what he called the "Osiris Crypt" of Giza and the "Monolith Crypt" of Saqqara . Risi published the book Die Giza Mauer with Rico Paganini in 2005 . As far as it was perceived in the scientific discourse at all, the book was rated as "a hodgepodge of speculations and unfounded claims about alleged riddles in ancient Egypt". Risi responded with a statement by initially defending his book against criticism. Later, however, he partially distanced himself from the findings of his co-author Rico Paganini.

Risi criticizes the world view of Darwinism and opposes it with his own theory of "involution". His publications and lectures focus on esotericism , spiritualism , conspiracy theories , UFOs and mythology . Numerous presentations by Risi can be viewed on YouTube . Risi is considered a supporter of the spirit healer Bruno Gröning , whose work he also dealt with in lectures and publications. Rainer Fromm accuses Risi in the brochure Right- Wing Radicalism in Esotericism , published by Sektenwatch, of spreading anti-Semitic ideas under an esoteric guise , and refers in particular to Risi's work Change of Power on Earth . Fromm mentions that in response to his criticism he personally received a letter from Risi, in which he states: “In the revised new edition from 2006 I deleted the relevant chapter completely in order to distance myself not only critically, but completely from this topic . ”Risi also cited the supposedly“ considerable reputation ”of his work with publishers as proof of his seriousness:“ In 2005, the strict editing department at Randomhouse [-] Bertelsmann read this book and found not a single objectionable passage. This major publisher wanted to publish the book in the 1999 version as a paperback. ”Nevertheless, Armin Risi continues to move in right-wing esoteric and conspiracy-ideological circles. So he stepped u. a. 2013 as a speaker at the Regentreff congress for border knowledge . He also writes for Kopp Online, the web portal of Kopp Verlag . He can also be seen as an interview guest on the TimeToDo TV YouTube channel.

The newspaper Münchner Merkur reported in October 2014 under the heading “An uncanny goings-on in the twilight between nonsense and world redemption” on a conference of “conspiracy theorists” and “frontier scientists”. Risi was one of the speakers at this conference. The Münchner Merkur described Risi as a "master in playing with ignorance".

Risi was interviewed for the 2010 documentary The Moon Conspiracy and claims there that the number sequence “ 666 ”, which is described in the Bible as the “mark of the beast”, is not only repeated in the letters “www” (for WorldWideWeb ), but also in all price barcodes on products.

Armin Risi has lived as a freelance writer and speaker since 1998 . In 2006 he founded the "Institute for the Science of Involution".
