Arnaldo David Cézar Coelho (born January 15, 1943 ) is a former Brazilian football referee .
The Brazilian referee Arnaldo César Coelho took part in two soccer world championships during his career . At the 1978 World Cup in Argentina, he whistled the group match between France and Hungary on June 10, 1978. He was also used as an assistant in the two group matches between Scotland and Iran on June 7, 1978 and June 18, 1978 between Germany and the Netherlands. At the 1982 World Cup in Spain , he was in charge of the intermediate round match between Germany and England on June 29, 1982.
