Arne Wulff

Arne Wulff (born August 13, 1958 in Leer ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and former State Secretary in Schleswig-Holstein .

Life

Arne Wulff studied at the University of Kiel and received his doctorate with a thesis on Franz Schlegelberger , acting Reich Minister of Justice during the National Socialist era. This dissertation later became the subject of journalistic discussions.

Arne Wulff was mayor of Kiel from 2003 to 2005 . He was then appointed State Secretary in the Schleswig-Holstein Ministry of Finance. He then headed the State Chancellery from 2009 to 2012 under Prime Minister Peter Harry Carstensen .

After leaving office with the change of government, he went to Kenya on March 1, 2014 for the Konrad Adenauer Foundation .
